SUSANNAH FLOT At 4.30 0'clock yesterday morning Mrs. Susannah Flot died at the home of her son-in-law, John McKnight, 227 Seventh Avenue. Death was caused by ailments incident to old age. The deceased was aged 87 years, 1 month and 7 days, and was a native of Franklin County. She was the widow of Daniel Flot. These children survive: David, Henry and Emanuel, of Shade Gap, Huntingdon County; C. M., and Mrs. Sarah Snyder, of Kansas, and Mrs. John McKnight, of this city. Funeral services will be held in the home tomorrow afternoon at 3:00. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. Additional Comments: The cemetery listing states she died 9/24/1899 at 87y 1m 7d. Susannah is listed as being in section B and is buried near her son- in-law John Daniel McKnight in the McKnight family plot. Son C. M. Flott was Charles, and daughter Mary was Mrs. John McKnight. SUSAN FLOT, Widow of Daniel Flot, died yesterday at 4:30 a.m. at the home of her son-in-law, John McKnight, 222 Seventh avenue, from old age. She was born in Franklin county, August 17, 1812, was therefore, 87 years, 1 month and 7 days old. She is survived by the following children: David, Henry and Emanuel, of Shade Gap; C. M. and Mrs. Sarah Snyder, of Kansas, and Mrs. John McKnight, of Altoona. The funeral will take place from the residence on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment in Greenwood cemetery.
