Mrs. Ellen Fluke, widow of James Fluke, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. S. S. Christy, 4406 Butler street, Pittsburg, Saturday evening at 9 o'clock, of complications of diseases. She was born in St. Augustine, Cambria county, August 11, 1846, moving with her parents to this city at an early age. Mrs. Fluke had been a resident of this city for half a century when she left to reside with her daughter in Pittsburg. One sister, Mrs. Alice Neason, of Lewistown, survives, besides two daughters - Mrs. James W. Fagan, of 437 Seventh avenue, and Mrs. S. S. Christy, of Pittsburg. Nine grandchildren also survive and nine great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church of Pittsburg. The remains arrived in the city yesterday morning and were taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. W. Fagan, of 437 Seventh avenue. The funeral will take place tomorrow morning, with mass of requiem at 9 o'clock at St. Mark's Catholic church. Interment will be made in St. John's cemetery.
