He was born Aug. 23, 1887, at Kittanning Point, the son of Peter and Ida Belle (Morgan) Fogle, and married Vina Belle Otto, who died Sept. 16, 1963. Surviving are a son and four daughters, Delbert, Mrs. Beulah Miller and Mrs. Maude Kyle, all of Altoona, Mrs. Evelyn Walters of Lakemont and Mrs. Ada Hainley of Maple Hollow; 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Flo Campbell of Bellwood and Mrs. Agnes Cherry of Tipton. Mr. Fogle retired as a passenger engineer for the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1953, after 47 years of service. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and Big Brothers Sunday School Class, of the B. of L.& F.E., Altoona Scottish Rite bodies and Mountain Lodge, F.& A.M. Friends are being received in the Laughlin- Carn Funeral Home.
