MARTHA ELIZABETH FORNEY

Widow of Harry F. Forney, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruth
Filson of 211 Mulberry street, Hollidaysburg, last evening at 7.20
o'clock.  Mrs. Forney was born in Altoona, the daughter of William and
Martha (Sheppard) Hausley [sic].  Surviving are one son and one
daughter, John Carl Forney of Altoona and Mrs. Filson; 11
grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Samuel Housley an Mrs.
Charles Downs, both of Altoona.  A daughter, Mrs. Mary Clapper,
preceded her in death.  She was a member of Trinity Evangelical and
Reformed church.  Friends will be received at the Gilden-Barton
funeral home after 7 o'clock tomorrow evening.
