ANDREW J. FOY,

Another old resident of Bellwood, died at his home there on Monday
afternoon at 3 o'clock, aged 66 years, 9 months and 26 days.  The
deceased was born at Elkton, Armstrong county, and was a soldier in
the civil war, a member of company A, Forty-ninth regiment, P.V.  Mr.
Foy leaves a wife, two sons and four daughters.
