Died, at Bennington furnace, Friday, May 13, 1881, Adam Frank, aged 58 years. Mr. Frank was a member of Company A, Eighty-fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and under the lead of the gallant and lamented Colonel Murray took part in the battle of Winchester, receiving a wound in the right leg which troubled him up to the time of his death. Deceased lately received a pension on account of the wound. He leaves a wife and five children. The funeral took place on Sunday, the 15th inst., a special train conveying the corpse and friends to Hollidaysburg. The friends of the deceased desire to acknowledge the courtesy and kindness of General Superintendent Pugh, Chief Clerk Maitland and Superintendent Reilly shown them in arranging for a special train.
