FRANK Of Hollidaysburg, died at his home, 412 Walnut street, yesterday at 9.45 a.m. after a lingering illness. Mr. Frank was a son of John D. and Annie D. (Metz) Frank and was born at Williamsburg May 29, 1867. The family moved to Hollidaysburg many years ago and the deceased spent the greater part of his life there. He was a blacksmith by trade, working with his father during his younger years and after his death he conducted the business for fifty years, having been retired since 1921. Mr. Frank was a member of the Hollidaysburg Presbyterian church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Annie (Miller) Frank, and one sister, Mrs. Lenora Ditch of Philadelphia. FRANK - Funeral services for Edward J. Frank of 412 Walnut street, Hollidaysburg, will be held Monday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at the home, in charge of Rev. T. Stacy Capers. Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery, Hollidaysburg. Friends are being received at the home. Altoona Mirror, December 4, 1943
