CATHERINE FRANK Of 114 Allegheny street, Hollidaysburg, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Neely, 805 Juniata street, Hollidaysburg. She was a daughter of Sebastian and Mary Blendl and was born April 25, 1877. Surviving are the husband and these children: Mrs. John Neely and Clement Frank, both of Hollidaysburg, Sebastian Frank of Baltimore, Md., Raymond Frank of Altoona, George Frank of Detroit, Mich., Ralph Frank of Mobile, Ala., Bernard Frank and Mrs. John Kline, both of Elizabethtown, and four sisters, Theresa and Margaret Blendl and Mrs. Mary Frank, all of Hollidaysburg, and Mrs. George Renner of Altoona. Mrs. Frank was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and of the Knights of St. George auxiliary. Friends will be received at the Wolf funeral home in Hollidaysburg. Altoona Mirror, October 5, 1943 ________ IDA MAE (STERN) FRANK Of 2011 Hudson Ave., died at 7:05 p.m. Friday, March 10, 1978, in Altoona Hospital, following a brief illness. Mrs. Frank was an American Legion volunteer at the Altoona VA Hospital. She was born April 28, 1907, in Altoona, a daughter of Jacob and Annie (Newberry) Stern and Feb. 7, 1924, in Cumberland, Md., married Raymond J. Frank. Surviving are her husband, four children, Raymond J., Clement J., and Herman S. of Altoona, and Harold G., of Joppa, Md.; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a brother, Edgar N. Stern of Newville. Mrs. Frank was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Friends will be received in the Jones Funeral Home from 7 to 9 Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Altoona Mirror, March 11, 1978 ________ RAYMOND GEORGE FRANK Mr. Frank, 81, of Epworth Manor, Tyrone, formerly of Hudson Avenue, died at 12:01 a.m. today Sept. 11, 1984, in the manor, after an extended illness. Mr. Frank retired a foreman from the City of Altoona Park and Public Property Department in 1986, after 49 years service. He was born April 19, 1903, in Hollidaysburg, the son of George Joseph and Cathryn Rose (Blendl) Frank, and married Ida Mae Stern, who died March 10, 1978. Surviving are four sons: Raymond J., Clement J. , and Herman S. of Altoona and Harold G. of Jopatown, Md.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Frank was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Unter Uns. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Jones Funeral Home. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
