MRS. BERTHA J. FRANKS.

  Mrs. Bertha J. Franks, widow of William Franks, of 1520 Eighth 
street died at her home, at 8.20 o'clock last evening, of a
complication of diseases.  She was the daughter of John and Mary Barr,
both deceased. Mrs. Franks was a member of the First Presbyterian
church.  Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3
o'clock, at her late residence.  Burial in Rose Hill cemetery.
