Decease of an Aged Man.

  Yesterday morning Daniel Franks, a venerable resident of the Fifth 
ward, died at his home on Seventeenth street, above Eleventh avenue.  
He was over 70 years of age, and has resided for many years in Altoona, 
working as a wagonmaker.  His illness was of short duration.
