GEORGE W. FREDERICK

Of 2308 Union Avenue, died at 4:50 o'clock yesterday afternoon in
Mercy Hospital where he was admitted on Thursday.  He was born July
13, 1888, in New Enterprise, a son of David C. and Anna (Burket)
Frederick, and had been last employed as a truck driver by the
Atlantic Refining Company.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nannie (Rock)
Frederick;  one daughter and one son, Mrs. Ethel Yehnert of Akron,
Ohio and James W. of Buffalo, N. Y.; two grandsons, Ralph and William
Yehnert, and three brothers, Harvey M. of Nampa, Idaho; Calvin of New
Enterprise and Jay of the city.  Mr. Frederick was a member of the
Church of the Brethren in New Enterprise and of the Altoona aerie of
Eagles, 286.  Friends may call at the Lafferty Funeral Home after 7
o'clock this evening.
