Sr., of 813 West Second street, Williamsburg, died at her home last night at 11:30 o'clock of complications. She was born on Nov. 20, 1860, in Canoe Valley, a daughter of Jacob and Mary (Hare) Hyle. She was married on April 12, 1883, to Mr. Frye at Alexandria. Mrs. Frye is survived by the following: her husband, Elmer E. Frye; these children, Harry J. Frye of Mercersburg, Mrs. Alice Daugherty of Altoona, Elmer E. Frye, jr., and Miss Annie N. Frye, both at home; two brothers, Jacob Hyle of Detroit, Mich., and Harry W. Hyle of Miami, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. George A, Woods of South Altoona, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Frye was a member of Trinity Evangelical and Reformed church of Williamsburg. FRYE - Services for Mrs. Catherine (Hyle) Frye of 813 West second street, Williamsburg, will be held at the home on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in charge of Rev. F. D. Eyster. Interment will be made in Keller Reformed cemetery. The body may be viewed at the home after 7 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., February 17, 1940
