MARTHA JANE FUNK

Of 1818 5th St., died at 10.35 p.m., Saturday, Feb 7, 1970, in Altoona
Hospital, where she was admitted earlier in the day following a
stroke.  She was born Jan.29, 1879, in Altoona, a daughter of Samuel
J. and Lucy (Buchanan) Miller, and married Elmer C. Funk, who died
July 16, 1963.  Surviving are a son, Clay M., of Altoona; a grandson,
a brother, Jess Miller of Altoona, and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Funk was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Friends
will be received in the Hickey Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. tomorrow.
