MRS. SAMUEL B. FURRY.

  At her home in Martinsburg, Mary M., wife of Elder Samuel B. Furry, 
died at 11:35 Sunday morning, of diseases incident to advancing years, 
after an illness dating back several years, but only becoming serious a 
few weeks ago.  Mrs. Furry, whose maiden name was Shelly, was born June 
25, 1842.  She was married to Mr. Furry on January 1, 1861.  Her 
husband and two children survive - John E. Furry and Mrs. James H. 
Crofford, both of Martinsburg.  She was a member of the First Church of 
the Brethren and in that faith she died.  Funeral service will be held 
at her late home at 2 o'clock today.  Interment in Spring Hope 
cemetery, Martinsburg.
