He had been ill for several months. He was born in this city September 25, 1899, and was employed at the Harshberger milk depot. He was a member of the Simpson Methodist Episcopal Sunday school. Besides the parents, he is survived by five sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Maud Retburg, Mrs. Jessie Griffin, Mrs. May Ickes, Grace, Lola, Vernice Irvin and Edward, all of this city. Funeral services will be held at the family residence at 2.30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, to be conducted by the Rev. Vaughn T. Rue, followed by interment in Fairview cemetery.
