Local Brevities.

  Bessie, the little adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Gailey, died 
yesterday morning, a few minutes of 4 o'clock, of whooping cough, at 
the parents' residence, No. 1418 Eighteenth avenue, aged 2 years, 5 
months and 6 days.  The funeral will take place this afternoon at 3 
o'clock.  Interment in Fairview cemetery.
