Mrs. Elizabeth Garner, widow of the late George Garner, died at her home, the residence of her son, George Garner, in Morrison's Cove, Woodbury township, at 1.30 o'clock on Saturday morning, aged 74 years. She had been in ill health for about six weeks, her disease having been dropsy. Born on the farm adjoining the one on which she died, she spent her whole life on the two farms. Mrs. Garner was an excellent neighbor and a good Christian, having been a consistent member of the Lutheran church for many years. She is survived by five children: Mrs. Samuel Gibboney, Miss Rachel Garner, Mrs. Henry Estep, Isaiah Garner, Mrs. Susan White, of Saxton, and George Garner. The funeral will take place from her late residence at 10 o'clock this morning. Interment in the Lutheran cemetery at Clover Creek church.
