JESSE ARTHUR GARRISON

Of 624 East Logan avenue, died at the Altoona hospital Sunday morning
at 6 o'clock after an illness of two years.  He was born Jan. 12, 1870,
in Bridgeton, N.J., a son of Abram and Mary (Arthur) Garrison.
Surviving are a sister, Grace of Washington, D.C., and these nieces and
nephews: Mrs. Bertie Betchner of Sherman Oaks, Calif., Mrs. Esther
Wiley Cattell of Leechburg, Mrs. Nellie G. Fletcher of Bridgeton, N.J.,
and Rheymond Garrison of Bridgeport, Conn.  He was retired from the
Pennsylvania railroad in 1939 after 40 years' service as a
patternmaker.  Mr. Garrison was a member of the First Presbyterian
church.  Friends may call at the Lafferty funeral home.
