Died of His Injuries.

  Patrick Garvey, the brakeman injured on the train in which engineer 
Beales was killed - and which calamity we briefly noticed last week - 
died from his wounds on Monday last.  For a day or two his symptoms 
were favorable, and his physician had a faint hope of his recovery.
