MRS. GEORGE GATES.

  Another sudden death took place at 1:15 Wednesday when Mrs. Fannie
Annie Gates, wife of George Gates, died at her home in Thomastown.  A
niece died Monday, her mother Tuesday, a sister ill with influenza is
not expected to live.  Her father is also in a critical condition from
pneumonia.  The deceased was a daughter of Joshua Thompson and was born
July 5, 1889.  She leaves her husband and two children, Archie and
Virgil, and her father.
  Funeral services were held from the late home yesterday at the late 
home yesterday at 3:30, in charge of Rev. Ulrich.
