All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ Death also came in the storm of Saturday night, the victim being Mary Geesey, a demented woman, who formerly lived at Geeseytown, but who of late had made her home at the residence of Mr. Seth Campbell, near Reservoir, along the line of the Hollidaysburg and Morrison's Curve railroad. On Saturday evening she wandered away from the house. As soon as her absence was noted search for her was instituted, but it was not until Sunday afternoon about 3 o'clock that her body was found at the foot of the Reservoir mountain near John Duffy's place. She was cold in death. The lifeless body was taken to Hollidaysburg and placed in charge of Undertaker George V. Rollins by Mr. Campbell. Coroner Poet was also notified of the occurrence.
