  Saturday morning Mrs. Catharine Geib died at her home, 1510 Fifth
avenue.  She had been ill for some time from a complication of
diseases, and the immediate cause of death was pneumonia.  Mrs. Geib
was aged 49 years and three months, and was a devoted wife and mother. 
She was a member of Christ's Second Lutheran church, and enjoyed the
friendship of a large circle of acquaintances.  These children survive:
William, Fred, Emma and Carl.  The body can be viewed this morning from
9.30 to 12 o'clock.  At half past 2 o'clock this afternoon the funeral
services will be held at her late residence.  Interment will be made in
Oak Ridge cemetery.
