VIOLA GILLMAN Mrs. Viola Gillman, a life-long resident of Tyrone and vicinity, died at her home, 208 East Fourteenth street, Tyrone, on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock of cerebral hemorrhage. Mrs. Gillman was born at Ironsville, Snyder township, on October 9, 1866, the daughter of George W. and Mary (Woomer) Waite. On October 9, 1890, on her twenty-fourth birthday anniversary, she was united in marriage at Tyrone with G. W. Gillman. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Helen Zimmerman of Tyrone; also one grandson. One son, Lamont R. Gillman, died a number of years ago. She was the last of a family of 12 children. She was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church of Tyrone. GILLMAN - Funeral services for Mrs. Viola Gillman, of 208 East Fourteenth street, Tyrone, will be conducted by the Rev. J. Resler Shultz, assisted by the Rev. John S. Colledge, pastor of the First United Brethren church, Tyrone, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the First Methodist church, Tyrone.
