Honsaker Gingrich, 34, of Grantville, passed away Friday, April 16, 2004 at her home. Born in Altoona, PA on September 5, 1969, she was the daughter of I. Ronald and Jacqueline Evans Honsaker of Roaring Spring. She was a homemaker and had been employed as a waitress for Funck's Restaurant, Palmyra, Kreider's Restaurant, Hershey and the Eat N' Park Restaurants, in both Harrisburg and Altoona. She was a 1987 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg, where she had been a cheerleader. She was a member of Martinsburg Mennonite Church and had attended Skyline View Brethren in Christ Church, Harrisburg and the Hershey Brethren in Christ Church. In addition to her parents, Paulette is survived by her husband of almost 11 years, Timothy C. Gingrich, whom she married on April 23,1993; one son Anthony P. Gingrich at home; two daughters, Carrie K. Gingrich and Cynthia R. Gingrich, both at home; one step-son, Timothy C. Gingrich II of Palmyra; four sisters, Tami, wife of William Grosmick of Moravia, MD, Rhonda, wife of Lawrence Butler of Chesapeake Beach MD, Lori, wife of David Kuncheff of Mt. Airy, MD and Karen, wife of David Yingling of Hollidaysburg; one step-sister, Missy Burket of Roaring spring and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2004 at ll a.m. in the Skyline View Brethren in Christ Church, 7733 Hillcrest Avenue, Harrisburg with the Rev. Dr. John G. Reitz officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Township. Friends are invited to call on Thursday, April 22, 2004 from 7 - 9 p.m., in the Trefz and Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown and on Friday in the church from 10 a.m. until time of services.
