BERNARD BLESS GLASS

Of 913 S. 9th St., died at his home at 4.30 p.m. yesterday. He was born 
in Altoona Nov. 4, 1890, a son of Martin and Cora (Knepper) Glass, and 
married Stella Walton. Surviving are his wife, two sons, Roy of Lorain, 
Ohio, and Walter of Altoona; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren 
and seven brothers and sisters, Mrs. Grace Stouffer and Mrs. Anetta 
Edwards of Altoona, Mrs. Irma Covell, Miss Ruth, Mrs. Edna Brookins and 
Lloyd of Cleveland, Ohio, and Burton of Harrisburg. He was of the 
Lutheran faith and retired in 1955 as a machinist in the Juniata shops 
after 48 years of employment. Friends will be received at the Mauk & 
Yates Funeral Home, Juniata, after 7 p.m. today.
