DELLA MAE GLUNT

Of 2316 Sixth avenue, died unexpectedly at 12.35 o'clock yesterday noon 
of a heart attack, according to Deputy Coroner Edgar G. Walls. Mrs. 
Glunt was last seen at dinner time. Three hours later she was found 
dead in her home by a neighbor, Mrs. P. Day. She was born Sept. 14, 
1883, in Williamsburg, a daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth (Otto) 
Colbert. Surviving are her husband, Roy A. Glunt; two brothers, Lloyd 
and Edward Colbert of Altoona. She was a member of the Second Lutheran 
church. Friends will be received at the Mauk & Yates funeral home, 
after noon Sunday.

was 27 August 1949, not 27 December. Fairview Cemetery records indicate 
her date of interment was 29 August 1949, so the pencil date must be in 
error. Given the phrase "died unexpectedly at 12.35 o'clock yesterday 
noon" coupled with the publication date 27 August 1949, we calculate 
her death date was 26 August 1949 - ed.]
