Mrs. Annie Goodale died yesterday morning at 2 o'clock at the home of her son, C. F. Goodale, 513 Union street [Hollidaysburg], of complications resulting from pneumonia, which disease she contracted at Christmas time and had been ill ever since. Deceased was born at Lititz, Lancaster county, on December 28, 1854, her maiden name being Miss Annie Bletz. She was a member of the Methodist church and a good, Christian woman, who bore the love and respect of all who shared her acquaintance. Her husband preceded her to the grave many years ago. She is survived by one son, C. F. Goodale, with whom she had made her home for many years past, residing at Mifflin before coming to Hollidaysburg two years ago. One brother also survives - J. D. Bletz, of York, Pa. Short services will be held at her late home Saturday morning at 9 o'clock, to be conducted by Rev. Julius F. Seebach, pastor of the Lutheran church. The remains will be shipped by Funeral Director T. B. McFarland on the 10:30 train to Mifflin, where the funeral services will be held and interment made.
