DEATHS OF CHILDREN.

  Antonio Grassi, 4 years old son of Vinzenzi and Carmel Grassi, died 
at the parent's home, 614 Third avenue, at 11 o'clock yesterday morning 
of pneumonia.  Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this 
afternoon, with burial in Calvary cemetery.
