Mrs. Martha Lucretia Grassmyer, wife of James S. Grassmyer, of 1013 Third avenue, died at 10 o'clock yesterday morning at the Altoona hospital, following an operation. She was born on July 22, 1881, at Mt. Aetna, the daughter of James and Eliza Yingling, deceased, and is survived by her husband and seven children - George, Roy, Ethel, Helen, Ruth, Esther and Jane, at home. Two brothers and two sisters also survive - Mrs. R. A. Mateer, Mrs. J. R. Saylor, David W., and Vance Yingling, of this city. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist church. The funeral services will be conducted on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the late residence, in charge of Rev. John Feltwell, pastor of the Baptist church.
