EARL X. GRAZIER

  City friends of Mr. Earl X. Grazier, a former resident of this city, 
will regret to hear of his death at Wilmington, Del., on Saturday, 
December 30.  He was taken suddenly ill in that city on December 11, 
was removed to a hospital where he was found to be suffering from acute 
indigestion.  He was a nephew of Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Reiff, of Fourth 
avenue and Fifteenth street.  The funeral took place yesterday morning.
