William Green, an aged and well known resident of this vicinity, died at the home of his son John, in Hensheytown, at 6:30 o'clock yesterday morning of diseases incident to old age. He was born on the farm in Antis township now owned by Thomas Trout and most of his lifetime had been spent in this vicinity. He was aged at the time of his death 82 years and 10 months. His wife preceded him to the other world fourteen years ago. He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Catherine Bateman, Mrs. Sarah Spotts, Mrs. I. N. Zimmerman, Mrs. D. F. Goss, Mrs. William Carson, and four sons, John, William, George and H. F. The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9.30 a.m. at the home of his son-in-law, D. F.
