LOCAL BREVITIES.

Miss Mattie Greene, daughter of Samuel and Annie Greene, Logan
township, near Miller's blacksmith shop, died on Sunday night, aged 18
years, from consumption.  The funeral will take place on Wednesday
morning at 10 o'clock.  Interment in Asbury burying grounds.
