Mr. Long is one of two surviving brothers of Mrs. Lulu Blanche Blake of East Kettle street, the latter dying at 10.45 o'clock Tuesday night after a long illness. Less than twelve hours later, or at 10.30 o'clock yesterday morning, Mrs. Catharine H. Grove, mother of Mrs. Clara Long, died at her home, 313 Second street, after an illness of two days. The funeral of Mrs. Blake will be held on Friday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock from the residence. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery. The funeral of Mrs. Grove will be held Friday evening at 8 o'clock, with services at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Maggie Secrest, of 313 Second street. The remains will be taken to Gilboa, Huntingdon county, for interment on Saturday. In yesterday's account of Mrs. Blake her age was given incorrectly. Instead of being born in 1843, her age was 43. She was born Nov. 27, 1877. Altoona Mirror, February 3, 1921
