JULIA A. GROVE
 
Of 1315 Eighteenth Avenue, died at her home after an extended illness.  
She was born at Loysburg, Bedford County, December 18, 1868, the 
daughter of Harry and Elizabeth (Bonner) Gates, and married Jackson J. 
Grove in Bedford July 31, 1889.  Mrs. Grove was a member of the Broad 
Avenue Presbyterian Church.  Surviving are her husband, one daughter, 
Mrs. John C. White of Philadelphia, and four sisters:  Mrs. Erma 
Latshaw of Chicago, Illinois; Mrs. J. N. Dougherty, Mrs. Edward Drye 
and Mrs. Jackson Wooten, all of Altoona.  Friends will be received at 
the Laughlin Funeral Home after 7 o'clock tomorrow evening.  

GROVE - Funeral services for Mrs. Julia A. Grove of 1315 Eighteenth 
Avenue will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Laughlin 
Funeral Home.  Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.  Friends will be 
received at the Laughlin Funeral Home after 7 o'clock this evening
