Gunsallus, 97,who resided at Epworth Manor since April, 1988, after having been a long time resident of Warriors Mark R.D. 1, died at the Manor Wednesday, July 12, 1989, at 1:05 p.m. She had been in failing health for the past two years. She was born June 23, 1892, in Tyrone, a daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Elder) Dunlap. She was married February of 1911, in Warriors Mark to J. Earl Gunsallus who died in 1976. She is survived by two sons and two daughters: Joseph H., Graysville; Glenn C., Albany, Ga.; Mrs. Cloyd (Verna) Williams, Warriors Mark R.D.; Mrs. Elwood (Mae) Beck, Honey Grove. Nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by two sons. She was a lifelong member of Centre Line United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Bruce E. Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Stevan E. Atanasoff officiating. Interment will be in the Burket Cemetery, Warriors Mark Township. Friends will be received Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service. Tyrone Daily Herald, Tyrone, Pa., July 13, 1989
