Gutierrez, formerly of this city, died at the St. Elizabeth's hospital in Youngstown, Ohio, on Wednesday forenoon, death being caused by pneumonia. He was born in this city Nov. 29, 1880, a son of Mr. and Mrs. M. F. Gutierrez of 823 Fifth avenue. He is survived by his father and the following sisters: Mrs. H. L. Sutton and Mrs. Carl Shuh of this city, Mrs. Ed. A. Flick of Galesburg, Ill. The body arrived in this city last night and was taken to the home of the father, 923 Fifth avenue. The funeral arrangements will be arranged today. Altoona Times, Altoona, Pa., Friday Morning, April 12, 1918 FUNERAL NOTICE. The funeral of Vene Gutierrez will leave the house this morning at 8.45 o'clock with solemn high mass at Mt. Carmel church at 9 o'clock. Interment in the family plot in St. John's cemetery. Owing to sickness, Mrs. E. A. Flick of Galesburg, Ill., will not be able to attend the funeral of her brother.
