HAINLEY [photo] Long Illness Fatal To Hollidaysburg Man Jeremiah S. Hainley, 83, of 715 Penn street, Hollidaysburg, died at 8.15 o'clock last evening in Valley View home after an extended illness. He was a veteran of the Altoona works, having served the railroad company for 52 years. He was born at Sharpsburg Feb. 7, 1874, a son of Samuel and Barbara (Snowberger) Hainley, and married Sarah L. Raffensparger, who died in 1936. Surviving are two children, Nellie, at home, and Samuel B. of Fayetteville, and one sister, Mrs. Susan Burket of Curryville. Mr. Hainley was a member of the Hollidaysburg Zion Lutheran church. Friends will be received at the Creamer & Plank funeral home, Hollidaysburg, after 7 o'clock this evening.
