Hainley, 73, 1152 Maple Hollow Road, Duncansville, died unexpectedly Friday evening, June 20, 1997, at Bon Secours-Holy Family Hospital. He was born Nov. 5, 1923, in Altoona, the son of the late Edgar and Minnie (Ingram) Hainley. He married Marilyn J. Murray Oct. 15, 1960, in Greenwood. Mr. Hainley was a member of Hicks Memorial United Methodist Church and the Ed Montgomery Sunday school class. He retired as a truck driver for Lafferty Trucking in November 1983 with 37 years of service. Following retirement, Mr. Hainley drove school buses for Lindsey Bus Lines, Duncansville, for 10 years. Mr. Hainley was a 1941 graduate of Altoona High School. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in The Rhineland and Central Europe with the 10th Field Artillery Battalion. Mr. Hainley was a member of the Teamsters Union, Local 110. He enjoyed watching sports. Surviving are his wife, a son, Fred F. of Duncansville; a daughter, Faith Weyandt of Altoona; a brother, Karl of Maple Hollow, Duncansville; and four grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Liebegott-Fisher Funeral Home, Duncansville. HAINLEY - Services for Paul F. Hainley of 1152 Maple Hollow Road, Duncansville, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Liebegott-Fisher Funeral Home Inc., Duncansville, by the Rev. Donald G. Haulman.
