CHARLES WEIRMAN HAKE 

Aged 64, of 408 Fifth street, South Lakemont, died this morning at 5.20
o'clock after an illness of three years. He retired as a blacksmith for
the Pennsylvania railroad in June, 1945, after 41 years of service. He
was born in Gettysburg, a son of Abram and Mary Jane (Weirman) Hake.
Surviving are his wife, the former Rae Spinney; a son and two
daughters, Abram H. Hake, Mrs. Ann Louise Wyper and Mrs. Cleo V.
Biseli, all of Lakemont; a step-son, Lt. William John Hamilton, United
States marine corps, of Santa Anna, Calif.; one grandchild, and three
sisters, Mrs. R. B. McClean of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Harry L. Snyder
of Gettysburg and Cleo B. Hake of Altoona. He was a member of the
Lakemont Church of God, Friends may call at the Lafferty funeral home
after 7 o'clock Sunday evening.

HAKE - Funeral services for Charles Weirman Hake, of 408 Fifth street,
South Lakemont, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the John
P. Lafferty funeral home in charge of Rev. H. B. Lingle, pastor of the
Church of God. Interment in Rose Hill cemetery.  Friends may call at
the John P. Lafferty funeral home.
