HALDEMAN Of 3520 Fifth avenue, died at the Altoona hospital at 8.20 o'clock last evening of heart trouble after being ill since last Thanksgiving day. He was born in Mahanoy City, April 27, 1856. For the past four years he had been a resident of Altoona, residing at the home of his sister, Mrs. E. L. Helms of 3520 Fifth avenue. Surviving are two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Helms of this city and Mrs. Priscilla Dailey of Akron, O., Wallace Haldeman of Mahanoy City and Frank Haldeman of Camden, N.J. He was a member of the First Lutheran church. The body will be taken to Mahanoy City, leaving Altoona at noon Friday, for interment. Brief funeral services will be held at the Helms residence at 7.30 o'clock tomorrow evening.
