He was born March 4, 1906, at Bellwood, the son of Frank Herbert and Emily Lewis Hall. On Oct. 17, 1924, at Cumberland, Md., he was married to Agnes Lucas, of Tyrone, and had been a resident of Tyrone, until 1940. Surviving are the widow, two daughters, Lucille, at home, and Mrs. Francis Younke, of Fostoria; two grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters; Henry C. Hall, of Mill Hall; a half-sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Thomas, Milesburg; two step-sisters, Mrs. Helen Bierly, Bellefonte RD, and Mrs. Ida Mae Fisher, Bellefonte. He was a member of Logan Valley Presbyterian Church, Tyrone Lodge No. 494, Free and Accepted Masons, the Blazing Arrow Hook & Ladder Fire Co., and Logan Valley Grange. He was a super-calendar operator in the machine room of the West Virginia Pulp & Paper Co., and had been an employee there since 1924. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the Graham & Getz Funeral Home, in charge of the Rev. Elmer T. Schick and Phil Hall. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery.
