All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ FRED HALLER, A well-known resident of the Tenth ward, died at the home of his father, John Haller, 425 Crawford avenue, a few minutes before 12 o'clock today, of a dropsical affection. The decedent was born in Germany, February 7, 1873, and has been a resident of this city for a number of years. He was employed in the boiler shop previous to his illness. A widow, his father, a stepmother, one brother, Max Haller, and the following step-brothers and sisters, all of this city, survive: Sadie, Esther, Gladys and Charles. He was a member of the Emanuel church, Fifth avenue and Fifth street; also the railroad relief. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with service at the church of which he was a member. Interment will follow in Rose Hill cemetery. Altoona Mirror, Monday, March 16, 1908
