HANLEY Of Twenty-first avenue and Fifth street, Juniata, died at 2.40 o'clock this morning in Mercy hospital. He was born in the Millville section of Altoona on Nov. 18, 1896, a son of Daniel and Mary Jane Hanley. Mr. Hanley was employed for 28 years by the Pennsylvania Railroad company and then operated a gasoline station and served as a distributor. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bessie Mae (Craine) Hanley, three children, E. Elvin of Buffalo, N.Y., Mrs. Andrew Oswald and Mrs. Eula Jean Veit of Juniata, and two sisters, Mrs. Alma Shaw of Altoona and Mrs. Helen VanDusen of Watsontown, N.Y. Mr. Hanley was a member of the Juniata Park Church of the Brethren, of Hiram lodge, F. & A.M., and the Williamsport consistory. Friends will be received at the home after 6 o'clock tomorrow evening.
