Harber died at 5 o'clock Wednesday evening, of injuries received in an accident received [sic] last May. He was born in Juniata Gap August 1, 1884. In October 1908 he was married to Miss Emma Dively, of Claysburg. Mr. Harber was a member of the Lutheran church and of the Odd Fellows lodge of Claysburg. Surviving are his wife and his mother, Mrs. Amanda Harber, of Pittsburg; also the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. James Carls, of Altoona; Mrs. Luther Deihl, of Pittsburg; Harry, of Iowa; Jesse, of Texas; William, of Claysburg. Funeral service will be held in the Lutheran church at Claysburg at 10 o'clock Sunday morning. Interment in the Lutheran cemetery there. Altoona Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Friday Morning, February 2, 1917
