He was teaching the horse some "tricks" and endeavoring to make the animal elevate his hind feet on a box, when he was struck in the abdomen by the knee of the horse, as he was about to accomplish the feat desired, which caused internal hemorrhages, and resulted in the death of the young man, the next day.
