Brown, Governor of the National Home, for disabled and volunteer soldiers, conveys the intelligence that John Harlin, 55th Pennsylvania Volunteers, a resident of Blair county, and brother of Mr. William Harlin, Baggage Master of the Williamsburg branch train, died in that institution of consumption on the 15th of April last.
