Mrs. Harpster was employed as a stenographer by the Pennsylvania Blindness and Visual Services for the past 22 years. She was born Nov. 17, 1933, in Altoona, the daughter of Gerald and Beatrice Alda (Waite) Harpster. Surviving are a son, Richard F., at home, and a brother, Robert. Mrs. Harpster was a member of the Juniata Presbyterian Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Stevens Mortuary. HARPSTER - Services for Charmayne Harpster of 804 Broadway, Juniata, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Memorial Chapel of Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 8th Ave., by the Rev. Kenneth Broman-Fulks.
