JOHN T. HARPSTER DIES AT SON'S HOME.

John Thomas Harpster died at the home of his son, Perry L. Harpster,
Tyrone, R. D. 2, near Bellwood, Sunday morning at 11.30 o'clock from a
cerebral hemorrhage after a brief illness.

Mr. Harpster was born April 22, 1866, in Centre county, a son of Mr.
and Mrs. Jacob Harpster.  He was a retired farmer, having moved from
Huntingdon county three and a half years ago. His wife, Mrs. Jeanne
Harpster died in August 1940.

Surviving is a son, Perry L., at whose home he died.

He was a member of a Lutheran  church in Stessey, Huntingdon county.

Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock.
Burial will be made at Stessey, Huntingdon county.
