MARGARET HARPSTER Of Bellwood, died at the Nason hospital, Roaring Spring, at 1.48 o'clock yesterday afternoon of a complication of diseases after having been a patient at the hospital for the past five weeks. She was born at Roaring Spring on Oct. 5, 1860, a daughter of Jacob and Barbara Shoenfelt, and was united in marriage on June 15, 1879, at Martinsburg with J. Austin Harpster. Her husband died on May 24, 1887. Surviving are two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Alice Dick, Mrs. Clyde Houser and Homer G. Harpster of the city and Jacob Earl Harpster of Buffalo, N.Y. Four sisters, Mrs. Barbara Smith and Mrs. Della Hoover of the city, Mrs. Sue Croft of Duncansville and Mrs. Clarinda Hudson of Roaring Spring, also survive. Mrs. Harpster was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran church of Roaring Spring. Private funeral services will be held at the Lafferty funeral home at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
