G. Harris, 56, of 2105 Maple avenue, local druggist who died at home early yesterday, will be held tomorrow afternoon at the home. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery. Mr. Harris studied pharmacy in the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and following his graduation established his store in the Flatiron building, at the intersection of Broad and Union avenues, more than thirty years ago. He was born in Lycoming county on Oct 7, 1880, a son of William and Selina Harris, but has resided in Altoona almost all of his life. His wife, Mrs. Henrietta (Russell) Harris, died a year ago last January. Surviving are only one daughter, Miss Henrietta, at home, and one sister, Mrs. R. A. Cook of the city.
